TRAINING
Continuous Improvement
Training is essential if the skills required to operate and maintain high tech equipment are to be developed...
Technical training is only a part of the overall training requirements. Often overlooked are the interpersonal training requirements and the CMMS training requirements.
For training to be effective it needs to be relevant to the job where theory and hands on lab activity are blended together.
The key to training is understanding the requirements and addressing them. For example, there is a world of difference between training users on software needed to perform their job (commonly referred to as end user training) and training a project team on the functionality of the software (commonly referred to as core team training). The former is a straight instructional type training. This is what you do and how. The latter is providing insight on how to make the software effective given its functionality for the organization.

TRO has the experienced and insight needed in determining what training requirements will best fit your organization including train the trainer.
